COLDBLOOD

COLDBLOOD Tattoo Studio · Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Studio Policies

These policies ensure the best experience for both of us. Please read them carefully before booking your appointment.

01 · Booking & Deposits

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final session cost.

Will collects the deposit when he confirms your appointment — by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

No deposit means no appointment. Due to the layout of the private studio building, walk-ins are not welcome.

02 · Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, let Will know at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit transfers to the new date.

Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit. You may rebook with a new deposit.

No-shows forfeit the deposit and require the full session price upfront for any future booking.

You may reschedule once per booking with 48-hour notice. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.

03 · Session Day

Session Day Policies

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete paperwork and confirm your design. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, Will reserves the right to reschedule and your deposit may be forfeited.

Eat a full meal 1–2 hours before your session and bring water, snacks, and any comfort items (headphones, phone charger, etc.).

Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No uninvited guests without prior approval — sessions are solo unless discussed in advance.

A government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. Minors under 18 will not be tattooed, even with parental consent.

The ID must be valid and real. If you do not bring a valid ID, or bring an ID that is not real, you will lose your deposit and your appointment date.

04 · Design Approval & Changes

Design Approval & Changes

Custom designs are finalized on the day of your appointment. Will works with you to make sure you love the design before work begins.

Small tweaks (size, placement, detail adjustments) are welcome before the session starts. Major redesigns may require rescheduling.

Once the stencil is applied and tattooing begins, no design changes can be made.

05 · Pricing & Payment

Pricing & Payment

Final pricing depends on size, detail, placement, and session length. You will be informed of the estimated final price before work begins, and Will is always fair and honest with pricing.

Small to medium pieces are typically priced as flat rates ($50–$400). Larger or complex pieces may be charged hourly ($125/hr). Payment plans are negotiable upon request.

Full payment (minus your $100 deposit) is due immediately after your session.

Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, card (via the website booking flow), and Gold/Silver.

Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.

06 · Aftercare & Healing

Aftercare & Healing

You will receive detailed verbal aftercare instructions after your session. Follow them closely to ensure proper healing.

Full healing takes 2–4 weeks. Your tattoo will peel and may appear dull during healing — this is normal. Keep it clean and out of direct sunlight.

Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and excessive sun exposure or sweating for at least 1–2 weeks. Do not pick or scratch your tattoo.

If you have concerns during healing (unusual redness, swelling, signs of infection), reach out immediately. Do not wait.

07 · Touch-Ups

Touch-Up Policy

Minor touch-ups due to natural healing variations are complimentary if scheduled within 60 days of your original session.

Free touch-ups only apply if you followed the aftercare instructions. Touch-ups for neglected tattoos or sun damage will be charged.

Touch-ups requested after 60 days are charged at an hourly or flat rate depending on the work needed.

08 · Health & Safety

Health & Safety

All equipment is single-use or properly sterilized. Will follows strict health and safety protocols in compliance with California Blood Borne Pathogen Certification regulations.

Please inform Will of any medical conditions, allergies, blood disorders, or medications that may affect your session or healing.

If you appear ill, intoxicated, or have skin conditions that make tattooing unsafe, your appointment will be rescheduled.

A signed consent form is required before each and every tattoo session, acknowledging the risks and agreeing to these policies.

09 · Studio Respect & Conduct

Studio Respect & Conduct

This is a private, professional workspace. Please treat it with respect — no smoking, vaping, loud disruptions, or disrespectful behavior.

Do not bring friends, partners, or children without asking first. Most sessions are solo to maintain focus and professionalism, and the studio space is limited to one extra chair.

Any form of harassment, inappropriate comments, or disrespectful behavior results in immediate termination of your session with no refund.

10 · Copyright & Portfolio

Copyright & Portfolio Use

Will retains all rights to photos of your tattoo for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

He may share photos of you and your completed tattoo on Instagram and other platforms. If you prefer privacy, let him know before your session.

If you share your tattoo on social media, tag the studio so others can find the work.
